Armadin Appoints Frank Verdecanna as Chief Financial Officer

Verdecanna’s appointment strengthens Armadin’s leadership team as the company works to help organizations prepare for AI-driven cyberattacks.

Verdecanna brings more than 30 years of financial leadership experience in the technology and cybersecurity sectors, including 14 years as a Chief Financial Officer.

Before joining Armadin, he served as a Strategic Financial Advisor at Ballistic Ventures, helping portfolio companies with fundraising, capital allocation, and financial planning.

Verdecanna also spent more than a decade at Mandiant, where he served as Executive Vice President and CFO until Google acquired the company for $5.4 billion in 2022. Armadin CEO Kevin Mandia founded Mandiant and worked closely with Verdecanna during that time.

Verdecanna joins Armadin as the company prepares for its next stage of growth. The company recently raised $189.9 million across its Seed and Series A rounds and launched Armadin Red for general availability.

In his new role, Verdecanna will lead Armadin’s financial strategy, planning, and operations as the company expands its commercial platform and grows its presence in the enterprise market.
