
Axion Semiconductor, a semiconductor platform company focused on supply chain operations and services, announced the acquisition of Moov Technologies, an Austin, Texas-based semiconductor equipment marketplace, and asset management platform serving customers in more than 55 countries.
The acquisition expands Axion Semiconductor’s platform and strengthens its role across the semiconductor manufacturing supply chain. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
Moov Technologies has become a leading platform for buying, selling, and managing semiconductor manufacturing equipment and parts. The company created the world’s first interactive marketplace and asset management platform for semiconductor equipment, using modern technology to support global manufacturing operations.
Many major semiconductor companies use Moov’s platform to manage assets, simplify transactions, and improve visibility throughout the equipment lifecycle.

Moov Technologies supports the buying and selling of semiconductor fabrication, packaging, testing, EMS, and SMT equipment, including surplus, idle, and scrap tools. Along with its digital marketplace, the company also offers services such as logistics, equipment removal, rigging, crating, refurbishment, installation, and live shipment tracking for customers worldwide.
Its platform combines online marketplace tools with operational support, helping customers manage complex semiconductor equipment transactions from listing and sale through delivery and installation.
