Blueground global operator of furnished, flexible rentals for 30+ day stays secures $45million in series D round funding. WestCap and Susquehanna Private Equity Investments, two new investors, were among those who contributed to the round.
Furthermore, It raised a debt facility from Barclays, replacing its previous facilities with Silicon Valley Bank (SVB), with participation from Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, and HSBC.
The company plans to use the money to launch new strategic initiatives and quicken the development of its technologies. Blueground is a PropTech startup led by CEO Alex Chatzieleftheriou that is changing the way people live with its carefully selected network of homes in popular neighbourhoods all over the world that are accessible for stays of one month or more.
