California-Based AusperBio Raises $120M in Series C Funding

AusperBio, a San Francisco, CA-based biopharmaceutical company focused on developing targeted oligonucleotide therapeutics for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B (CHB) and other diseases, has raised $120 million in a Series C financing round, led by a strategic investor, bringing the total amount to $360M.

The round also saw participation from RA Capital Management, HanKang Capital, Sherpa Capital, InnoPinnacle Fund, Qiming Venture Partners, YuanBio Venture Capital, and CDH Investments.

The company will use the capital to advance treatments for chronic hepatitis B (CHB) and expand its pipeline.
