California-Based Lumilens Scores Over $700M in Series C Funding

Lumilens, a San Jose, CA-based provider of a connectivity platform for AI infrastructure, has raised over $700 million in a Series C funding round co-led by Atreides Management, Bain Capital Ventures, Meritech, Seligman Ventures, and Spark Capital, valuing the company at $5.51 billion.

The round also saw participation from Addition, Aiconic, Alkeon, Atreides Capital, EDBI, Harbourvest, J.P. Morgan Private Capital, Lingotto, Mayfield, MVP Ventures, Peak XV, Qualcomm Ventures, Redpoint Ventures, Seifdune, and Thomvest Ventures. The raise brought the total amount to over $900 million.

The company plans to use the capital to expand its capabilities in silicon, systems, software, process engineering, and high-volume manufacturing.
