Velaura AI, a Santa Clara, CA-based provider of an ultra-low-power silicon and software platform, has raised $110M in a Series A financing Round led by Seligman Ventures.

The round also saw participation from Capricorn Investment Group, Prosperity7 Ventures, Mayfield, Maverick Silicon, MARA, Premji Invest, Samsung Catalyst Fund, and StepStone Group.

The company will use the capital to accelerate development and commercialization of its AI compute portfolio, expand its teams, and strengthen strategic partnerships.
