California-Based Xponential Fitness Appoints Jennifer Ryu as CFO

Ryu will succeed Robert Julian, who has served as interim CFO since March 2026. Julian will remain with the company as a consultant to support a smooth transition.

Ryu brings more than 25 years of experience in finance, mergers and acquisitions, accounting, margin improvement, and business strategy across both public and private companies.

Since 2019, Ryu has served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Resources Connection Inc, a global professional services company. She has led finance, accounting, and investor relations while helping modernize the companys financial and operational systems and improve long-term profitability.

Before that, Ryu held senior finance roles at Young’s Holdings and Kaiser Aluminum Corporation, a publicly traded aluminum manufacturer. She began her career in public accounting at Deloitte.
