
FastSpring, a Santa Barbara-based provider of payment, subscription, and tax management solutions for AI, SaaS, gaming, and software companies, has received an investment from LLR Partners and Accel-KKR. The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company plans to use the funds to speed up product development, expand its go-to-market efforts, and invest in new strategic initiatives.
As a merchant-of-record, FastSpring helps businesses grow globally by managing complex tasks like international taxes and compliance on their behalf.
