Fidium Names Dennis L. Randolph, Jr. Chief Financial Officer

Fidium announced that Dennis L. Randolph Jr. has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer. He succeeds Fred Graffam, who recently left the company.

In this role, Randolph will oversee the company’s financial operations, including accounting, financial strategy, planning and analysis, tax, and investor relations.

Before joining Fidium, Dennis L. Randolph Jr. served as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and Treasurer at TNS. In that role, he led global finance and operations teams, helped guide company strategy, and managed more than 25 acquisitions and divestitures.

He also has extensive experience in capital markets, including leading debt transactions, securities offerings, dividend recapitalizations, and leveraged buyouts.

During his time at TNS, Dennis L. Randolph Jr. also served as President of the company’s Communications Market business and as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller. Earlier in his career, he worked at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen in telecom and technology audit roles, and he is a certified public accountant. Randolph currently serves on the board of NextGen Clearing and the nonprofit Our Military Kids.
