SUMMARY

  • GeoComm has partnered with Pulsiam to improve location intelligence for public safety agencies.
  • GeoComm provides public safety mapping and location data that help emergency teams improve situational awareness during incidents.
  • The partnership will integrate GeoComm's mapping technology into Pulsiam's SafetyNet One® platform to strengthen dispatch, emergency management, and responder coordination.

Under the partnership, GeoComm's indoor and outdoor mapping technology will be integrated into Pulsiam's browser-based SafetyNet One® platform, enhancing its computer-aided dispatch, records management, mobile response, emergency management, and command-and-control solutions.

Together, GeoComm and Pulsiam are helping solve a major challenge in emergency response by keeping important location information available from the first emergency call through dispatch, incident command, and field operations. The partnership also supports the use of scalable and connected public safety technology. By combining location intelligence with dispatch, emergency management, mobile response, and command-and-control systems, both companies are making sure critical information reaches the right people when they need it most.

GeoComm provides trusted location data, indoor and outdoor maps, and integration tools designed for public safety agencies. When used within Pulsiam's SafetyNet One® platform, this location intelligence gives emergency teams better awareness of incidents as they develop.

Pulsiam's SafetyNet One® platform helps agencies manage dispatch, records, mobile response, emergency management, and command-and-control operations. GeoComm's mapping technology improves these workflows by helping responders identify incident locations, understand nearby surroundings, and share important information throughout the emergency response process.

"Public safety agencies need technology that helps them turn critical information into coordinated action," said Holly Blanks, Director of Global Business Development at Pulsiam. "GeoComm's expertise in public safety grade location intelligence strengthens our ability to provide dispatchers, emergency managers, and responders with the context they need to manage complex incidents and serve their communities effectively."

"Location is the foundation of every emergency response, but its value depends on whether public safety professionals can access and act on it within the systems they already use," said Jody Sayre, Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Partnership Alliances at GeoComm. "Our partnership with Pulsiam brings together deep expertise in location intelligence, computer-aided dispatch, and emergency management to help agencies more clearly understand where an incident is occurring and coordinate the appropriate response."
