Intrepid Capital Appoints Nick Elias As Head of Investor Relations

In his role, Elias will lead the firm’s investor engagement strategy, build relationships with institutional clients and advisors, and support the growth of Intrepid’s credit platform. The Intrepid Income Fund (ICMUX) was recently named the Best Short High Yield Fund at the 2026 LSEG Lipper Fund Awards for both the five-year and ten-year periods.

Before joining Intrepid Capital, Elias had nearly 10 years of experience in fundraising and client relationship management. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President of Institutional Sales and Consultant Relations at Raymond James Investment Management, where he built and managed relationships with institutional investors and consultants. He also helped raise capital and deliver investment solutions across different strategies.
