Kearney Appoints Martin Denman as Chief Financial Officer

Kearney, a global management consulting firm, has appointed Martin Denman as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Based at Kearneys global headquarters in Chicago, Denman brings nearly 10 years of finance experience at the firm, including six months as acting CFO. During this time, he helped maintain stability across the finance team and the wider business during a period of significant change.

During his time at Kearney, Martin has helped transform the finance organisation, including a major technology upgrade and the creation of a new global finance shared services centre.

He also led a project to revamp the firm’s equity structure, introduced a new profitability reporting system, helped integrate several acquired companies, and improved Kearney’s global real estate operations.
