Mill Point Capital Appoints Michael Kaplan as Managing Partner  

Kaplans appointment strengthens Mill Points investment leadership team as the firm continues to expand and pursue new investment opportunities across North America. The firm focuses on partnering with businesses to support growth, and transformation.

At Mill Point, Kaplan will focus on finding new investment opportunities, leading transactions, and working with portfolio company leaders to support growth and improve operations. His leadership experience and management skills also align with Mill Point’s long term growth strategy and goals.

Kaplan brings more than 25 years of experience in private equity, with a focus on finding, executing, and growing investments in business services and industrial companies.

Before joining Mill Point, Kaplan was a Managing Director and member of the Investment Committee at Littlejohn & Co., where he spent more than 20 years leading investments, deal teams, and portfolio companies. Earlier, he worked at Ripplewood Holdings with Michael Duran, focusing on private equity investments across different industries.
