Newmark Appoints Kyle Lutnick as Chief Strategy Officer

In his newly created role, Kyle S. Lutnick will work with management at Newmark Group, Inc. to help lead the company’s strategy and transformation efforts, including initiatives involving data, artificial intelligence, technology, and business growth. He will report to Luis Alvarado, the company’s Chief Operating Officer.

As part of creating the Chief Strategy Officer position, Newmark Group, Inc. also formed a Strategy Committee made up of senior executives. In addition, Kyle S. Lutnick will join the company’s Executive Committee.

Kyle S. Lutnick will continue serving on the Board of Directors of Newmark Group, Inc a position he has held since February 2025. He is also Executive Vice Chairman of Cantor Fitzgerald, LP and is expected to continue supporting Cantor Fitzgerald Securities, and other Cantor businesses.

Previously, Lutnick served as Global Managing Director of Knotel, Inc., Newmark’s flexible office business, and also worked with the company’s retail advisory team in New York City. He graduated from Stanford University.
