IGT Names Mark Wadley as New Land-Based Gaming President

Before joining IGT, Mark Wadley was Chief Marketing Officer at one of its global competitors. He has a strong track record in driving growth by aligning products, customers, and business strategy. In his new role, he will lead IGT’s land-based gaming business, covering sales, product management, services, manufacturing, marketing, communications, and government relations, and will report to CEO Hector Fernandez.

Mark Wadley has built a successful career across both the gaming and biotech industries. He is known for bringing energy to teams, encouraging innovation and delivering strong results in fast moving markets.

With experience across different industries, he builds high-performing teams and balances core business strengths with new growth opportunities. He focuses on strategies that create both short-term impact and long-term success. He also values collaboration and aims to turn new ideas into tangible results while building a strong, talent- and culture-focused workplace in the gaming industry.
