Parkview Dental Partners Appoints Jon Gregoire as Chief Executive Officer

Gregoire, who has experience in managing dental service organisations and previously founded a business, will lead the company's next phase of growth.

Gregoire brings more than 20 years of experience in the dental industry, including clinic management, business operations, acquisitions and company growth. In 2018, he co-founded Cornerstone Dental Partners and served as its Chief Operating Officer (COO).

During his time there, he helped expand the business to 10 locations, 22 doctors and 110 employees before it was acquired by P1 Dental Partners in 2021.

He then served as COO of P1 Dental Partners for five years, helping the company grow its business. He has also been involved in more than 30 dental acquisitions, managing the process from deal planning and negotiations to completion and integration.

"Jon has spent his career building and scaling dental organizations from the practice level up, giving him a rare understanding of what drives performance for doctors, teams and patients," said Mark Woods, Partner and Head of North American Private Equity at Cathay Capital.
