Reframe Systems, a Boston, MA-based physical AI company industrializing home construction, has raised $40 million in an additional funding round led by Energy Impact Partners (EIP).

The round also saw participation from Counterpart Ventures, E12 Ventures, Global Brain, Thin Line Capital, Up Partners, LACI Impact Fund, Eclipse, VoLo Earth, Cubit Capital, RA Capital Management (Planetary Health), MassMutual Catalyst, and Nor’easter.

The company will use the funds to expand its microfactory network and increase home production across North America.
