RAD Intel, a leader in AI-driven marketing intelligence, has acquired a majority stake in AVCommunications Inc. (AVC), a leading multicultural marketing agency in Canada. The deal creates a strategic partnership between the two companies.

Together, they will combine RAD Intel’s AI platform with AVC’s experience in multicultural marketing across North America, Asia, and Europe.
