Semiconductor Manufacturing Qnity Appoints Ken Rizvi as Chief Financial Officer

Qnity Electronics has appointed Ken Rizvi as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1. Rizvi is an experienced semiconductor finance executive.
Michael Goss, who has been serving as interim CFO, will become Qnity's Vice President of Finance and Controllership.
Most recently, Rizvi served as CFO of Synaptics, where he led global finance, corporate development, investor relations, and IT.
Before Synaptics, he was CFO of Smart Global Holdings (now Penguin Solutions), where he helped improve margins and led two major transactions. He also held CFO roles at UTAC Group and Isola Group.

Rizvi has also held senior finance roles at Micron Technology and ON Semiconductor. His experience covers semiconductor design, manufacturing, memory, packaging, and supply chains, giving him strong financial and strategic leadership experience.
