By combining precision hardware, advanced AI, easy-to-use tools, and a large fermentation data system, Sennos now offers a real-time, end-to-end solution for intelligent fermentation at any scale.
Sennos has created a connected platform that uses edge computing, cloud software, and advanced data analytics to turn fermentation tanks into smart, data-driven systems.
By tracking key factors like gravity, temperature, pH, pressure, conductivity, and oxygen in real time, Sennos helps producers better understand and improve their processes. It is also advancing its in-tank sensor technology, improving its AI analytics, adding new software-based sensors and expanding connections with industry platforms.
"Thomas von Koch, founder of TomEnterprise, said he continues to support Sennos and believes the company is bringing new, data-driven innovation to fermentation and bio-manufacturing. He added that this type of forward-thinking technology is what they look for in investments."
"Jan Ståhlberg, co-founder and former vice chairman of EQT, said Sennos is setting a new standard in sensing and analytics. He noted that its mix of hardware, software, AI and data helps predict and improve processes, and its scalable design can be used across industries, making it a rare and valuable investment opportunity."
"Jared Resnick, founder and CEO of Sennos, said fermentation is important but complex and hard to control. He explained that the team learned from challenges, and with strong investor support, has now built a solution to improve the process."
