[Funding alert] SGNL Raises Strategic Investment From M12, Microsoft’s Venture Fund

Microsoft’s Venture Fund M12 has made a strategic investment in SGNL.ai, the industry’s first Continuous Access Management startup. A $10 million strategic round including funding from Cisco Investments and other firms includes the M12 investment.

With this additional funding, SGNL hopes to support its growing number of corporate client installations, scale up product development, and enhance its skills in continuous access control. It comes just after SGNL’s announcement at Ignite last month about its participation in the Microsoft Security Copilot Partner Program Private Preview and Cisco Investment’s strategic investment the same week.

“With the increased frequency of session hijacking and compromised credentials, it is critical for organizations to achieve a zero standing privilege security posture.
