The Marzetti Company Names Mark Carter Chief Supply Chain Officer

The Marzetti Company has appointed Mark Carter as it's Chief Supply Chain Officer, effective July 13, 2026. He will lead the company's end to end supply chain operations.

In his new role, Carter will support Marzetti's growth strategy while ensuring high standards for safety and product quality across the supply chain.

Mark Carter has more than 25 years of experience leading supply chain operations in the consumer packaged goods industry. Most recently, he served as Chief Supply Chain Officer at Schwan's, where he managed supply chain operations across 18 manufacturing facilities. Before that, he spent 18 years at Unilever, holding several leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Supply Chain for the North American ice cream business and Head of Supply Chain Operations for Canada.

Earlier in his career, Carter worked in strategic planning and engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
