xCures, an Oakland, CA-based healthcare data company focused on improving healthcare outcomes solutions, has raised $46 million in a Series B funding round led by Innovius Capital.
The round also saw participation from iGrow, GKCC, Spring Mountain Capital, and existing investors. The raise brought the total amount to over $76 million.
The company plans to use the funding to expand its clinical clarity platform further, helping transform fragmented medical records into clear, actionable clinical data.
Patient data is often spread across labs, hospitals, imaging centers, and electronic medical record systems, making it difficult to access and use effectively. The xCures Clinical Clarity Engine organizes this fragmented information into structured, decision-ready clinical data and automated patient histories supported by evidence-based insights.

To date, xCures has processed more than 300 million medical records from over 550,000 healthcare locations across the United States, helping support clinical decisions for millions of patients.
"Healthcare has spent decades generating enormous amounts of patient data without a reliable way to make that information usable. We're changing that," said Mika Newton, CEO of xCures. "This financing allows us to accelerate product development, expand our team, and help more organizations turn fragmented records into information they can actually act on."
Stu Posluns, Partner at Innovius, added, "The promise of AI in healthcare depends on having accurate, complete, and trustworthy clinical data. xCures has built by far the most compelling platform we've seen for turning fragmented medical records into actionable clinical intelligence. We're proud to support Mika and the team as they expand that impact across healthcare."
