ActionAI raises $10M seed funding to improve AI trust

Apr 18, 2026 | By Startuprise io

ActionAI, a Reliable AI company powering mission-critical automations and business intelligence for enterprises, has raised $10 million in a Seed funding round led by prominent UAE-based investors.

The company plans to use the funds to scale safe, reliable AI for critical workflows.

ActionAI is building a system to make AI more reliable across its full lifecycle. Its technology tracks data at every stage of the AI process, allowing detailed testing and evaluation. It can also scale and improve automation while finding and fixing issues in real time, helping teams quickly handle errors and edge cases.

It also uses Explainable Exceptions to reduce Artificial intelligence (AI) mistakes by involving humans when needed and providing clear explanations. In production, its monitoring tools detect performance drops or errors caused by new data or instructions helping reduce risks and ensuring consistent reliable results.

As companies adopt AI quickly, a major trust gap is growing. Studies from KPMG show that 66% of employees use AI at work, but many don’t fully trust it—58% don’t check its accuracy, and 56% have seen mistakes. At the same time, about 90% of AI projects are still stuck in testing. McKinsey & Company says the main challenge is not technology, but building trust among users.

Trust issues come from frequent errors, bias, and hallucinations in AI outputs, with some models showing very high error rates. ActionAI aims to solve this by building systems that improve reliability, from the training data to the final output, reducing risks and increasing confidence in AI.

Companies can lose 20–30% of their operating costs to inefficiencies, so many are looking to use AI to reduce expenses. However, businesses are cautious about automation unless they can trust the AI to be reliable.

ActionAI addresses this by providing reliable AI systems for critical tasks. Its technology helps companies cut costs, improve reporting, gain better insights, and support long-term growth with AI.

ActionAI focuses on industries where accuracy is critical, such as finance, banking, manufacturing, retail, insurance, supply chain, logistics, and legal systems. It is designed for sectors where mistakes are not acceptable and can have serious consequences.

Miriam Haart said companies are trying to use AI but are still dealing with its unreliability. She added that as AI improves, building trust is essential, and ActionAI aims to provide secure, transparent, and reliable AI for important business use cases.

"AI is handling increasingly complex tasks with highly sensitive or personal data without any sufficient oversight or accountability," said Miriam Haart, CEO of Action AI. "ActionAI makes AI accountable from day one. From initial data input, we review, fine-tune, and secure the information that underpins an AI system. From there, our reliability architecture prevents AI vulnerabilities well before they reach production. Which enables AI automations with transparency and trust."
