Its product range includes customised underride robots and autonomous forklifts designed to move materials and supply production lines. The robots use LiDAR-based mapping to navigate factory floors with reported accuracy of up to one centimetre.
The company also offers Qursor, its fleet-management platform, which coordinates robot movements and connects them with factory operations. Its robots can carry loads of up to 2,000 pounds.
By automating internal material movement, Aformic aims to reduce the time skilled workers spend transporting parts and allow them to focus on production-related tasks.

Why the Funding Matters
Aformic plans to use the capital to accelerate its expansion across North American manufacturing and defence industrial markets.
The investment comes as manufacturers face labour shortages and increasing pressure to improve productivity. Aformic's robots are designed to automate material movement without requiring companies to rebuild their existing factory layouts.
The company can also adjust robot operations through software and integration with plant systems when production requirements change.
"America's manufacturers need skilled workers building products, not moving materials. Our robots free them to do that," said Michal Fiuk, CEO of Aformic, a West Point graduate and U.S. Army veteran. "This investment will accelerate our North American expansion, and Veteran Ventures brings the defense expertise and relationships to help us reach the manufacturers and depots that need us most."
"We believe Physical AI will transform American manufacturing, and Aformic has what it takes to lead that shift: proven robots, proprietary software, and deep industrial expertise. With VVC helping open doors across the defense industrial base, Aformic will be a category leader," said Derren Burrell, Founder and Managing Partner at Veteran Ventures Capital, who now serves on Aformic's Board of Directors.
Market and Business Growth
Aformic operates in the Southeast US manufacturing corridor and serves industrial customers across manufacturing and defence sectors.
The company has deployed multiple robots at Fortune 500 companies and Tier 1 defence original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
Its technology targets a common challenge in industrial operations. According to the company, studies indicate that 15% to 50% of factory labour hours can be spent moving parts between production stages rather than directly adding value.
Aformic aims to reduce this workload through its autonomous robots and Qursor fleet-management software.
What Happens Next?
Aformic plans to expand its operations across North American manufacturing and defence markets.
The company will focus on deploying more autonomous mobile robots and expanding the use of its Qursor platform to automate material transport and production-line supply in factories and warehouses.
