Monroe Capital LLC

Monroe Capital LLC (“Monroe”) secures $561.8 million in Collateralized Loan known as Monroe Capital MML CLO XVI, LTD. The term financing was Monroe’s fourth CLO completed since 2022 and is secured by a portfolio of middle market senior secured loans.

Altana

Altana, the world’s first Value Chain Management System announced a $200 million Series C investment led by Thomas Tull’s US Innovative Technology Fund (USIT). The funding round included participation from March Capital, Generation Investment Management, Salesforce Ventures, Friends and Family Capital, and each of Altana’s key existing investors, including GV (Google Ventures), Activate Capital, Floating Point, and OMERS Ventures. The funding brings Altana’s valuation to $1 billion.

Outpace Bio

Outpace Bio, a cell therapy company using unrivalled AI-powered protein design to programme immune cells for improved function inside patients battling solid tumours, has raised $144 million in an oversubscribed Series B financing. 

Spring Health

Spring Health announces a Series E funding round of $100 million with a valuation of $3.3 billion. Generation Investment Management led the round with participation from existing investors, including Kinnevik, the William K. Warren Foundation, RRE, and Northzone.

Protect AI

WA-based Protect AI, a security and artificial intelligence startup, has raised $60 million from investors, betting that the intersection of AI and security will be big business.

AIRNA

AIRNA, a biotech company pioneering RNA editing therapeutics to restore the health of patients with rare and common diseases, announced the successful closing of an oversubscribed $60 million financing round, which brings the total Series A funding to $90 million.

Gradient AI

Gradient AI, a leading enterprise software provider of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions in the insurance industry, announced that it has raised $56.1 million in Series C funding.

Oats Overnight

Oats Overnight has raised $35 million Series B funding led by Enlightened Hospitality Investments (EHI) with participation from new investor Sonoma Brands Capital and from existing investors including Impatient Ventures, Singh Capital Partners, Morrison Seger Venture Capital Partners, and BFG Partners.

unspun

unspun announced $32 million in a series B fundraising round from the pioneer deep tech firm DCVC, with ongoing backing from Lowercarbon Capital, Decathlon , SOSV, and E12.

Faye

Faye today Secures $31million in series B round funding, bringing the faye total funding to $49M. The round was led by Portage, with participation from Lumir Ventures, along with existing investors F2 Venture Capital, Viola Ventures and Munich Re Ventures.
