The platform processes millions of AI prompts and responses each day across major AI systems like ChatGPT, Google AI, Claude, Perplexity, and Amazon Rufus, reaching billions of users worldwide.
AI models learn from many different types of content and data, so improving their performance requires teams like content, data, and marketing to work together. Bluefish AMP is built to support this by bringing AI monitoring, activation, and measurement into one platform. It helps teams across search, content, PR, commerce, and paid media manage and improve how their brands perform in AI channels.

Using Bluefish, large brands can understand what content, trends, and competitors are influencing AI tools and use that insight to improve how their products appear in AI results. They can run targeted campaigns to influence these outcomes and measure improvements in visibility, brand perception, and revenue. Many Fortune 500 companies see strong performance gains within months of using the platform.
"Bluefish is growing quickly, with strong demand from major brands and clear performance results," said Ann Bordetsky, Board Member at NEA. "We see a strong market opportunity, high customer demand, and a solid platform with an experienced team."
"When top brands choose one platform, it shows a new category is forming," said Lisa Xu, Partner at Threshold Ventures. "Bluefish gives marketing teams insight into what AI says about their brand, why it happens, and how to improve it, which is why many Fortune 500 companies are using it."
"Bluefish understands what large marketing teams need and has built its platform accordingly," said Kevin Tsang, Managing Director at Amex Ventures. "We're excited to partner with them and use their platform to improve how American Express appears in AI channels as AI continues to change how customers interact with brands."
"AI has quickly become a major marketing channel, similar to search, social, and mobile," said Alex Sherman, co-founder and CEO of Bluefish. "To manage this new channel, large brands need advanced marketing tools. From the start, Bluefish has focused on building a complete platform for this, and it is now becoming a key tool for Fortune 500 marketing teams."
"Some believe success in AI comes from gaming the system, but that approach won't last. Marketers can't out compute LLMs and while shortcuts may deliver momentary lifts, they don't create a durable advantage," said Jing Feng, co founder and COO of Bluefish. Bluefish is built to help enterprises earn their position in AI. You can keep chasing the algorithm or you can become what it consistently chooses. Bluefish makes the latter possible at enterprise scale. And we're just getting started."
