Yoodli Appoints Mike Mather as Chief Learning Advisor

In his new role, Mather will work with Yoodli’s customers and product team to help organisations prepare their employees for an AI-driven future.

Mather served as Chief Learning Officer at KPMG US from 2023 to September 2026, where he led efforts to prepare employees for the AI and digital age. In 2023, KPMG was named LearningElite Organization of the Year by Chief Learning Officer magazine.

Before that, he led KPMG’s Workforce Transformation and Development practice and spent more than 20 years as a partner at EY, IBM and PwC, advising Fortune 100 companies on employee training and development. He is a Chartered Accountant from Canada and holds an MBA.

At Yoodli, Mather will help customers build employee training programmes that focus on real improvements in workplace skills, not just completing courses. The platform is already used by companies such as Google, Databricks, FranklinCovey, Korn Ferry and Snowflake for AI training, manager coaching and sales support.

He will also help guide Yoodli’s product development by sharing his experience in workplace learning. The company aims to combine AI-powered practice, coaching and performance tracking to help employees apply new skills at work.
