Cable One Appoints Heather McCallion as Chief Operating Officer

As COO, McCallion will oversee residential sales and marketing, customer experience, customer care, field operations, and digital transformation across Cable One’s regions.

McCallion brings more than 25 years of executive experience in broadband and telecommunications, with a strong track record of driving business growth and transformation. Most recently, she served as Chief Experience Officer at WideOpenWest (WOW!).

Before joining WOW!, she held several leadership roles at Breezeline, formerly Atlantic Broadband, including Vice President and General Manager of its Florida markets and Vice President of New Business and Business Transformation.
