California-Based LeapXpert Announces Partnership with Carahsoft

LeapXpert, a provider of governed communication solutions, and Carahsoft Technology Corp. have announced a partnership to bring governed messaging solutions to the public sector.

Under the partnership, Carahsoft will act as LeapXpert’s Master Government Aggregator, making the LeapXpert Communications Platform available to federal, state and local government agencies through its reseller partners and purchasing contracts, including TIPS, OMNIA Partners, E&I Cooperative Services and The Quilt.

Government officials increasingly use messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Signal, iMessage and SMS to communicate with colleagues, citizens and other stakeholders.

However, many agencies do not have the systems needed to properly capture, manage and store these conversations under NARA record-keeping rules, FOIA requirements and federal security standards.

The LeapXpert Communications Platform helps organizations securely manage conversations across these messaging channels. It captures messages in real time and allows agencies to apply security and governance policies as conversations happen.
