Some major school districts, including Boston Public Schools, Los Angeles Unified School District, and Virginia Beach City Public Schools, have chosen Zūm CMX to modernize student transportation and improve reliability and visibility for families.

As more school districts update their transportation systems, Zūm CMX provides technology and data tools to make student travel safer, more reliable, and more efficient.

Today, Zūm supports more than 6,500 schools across 19 states and works with several major school districts, including Los Angeles Unified, San Francisco Unified, Seattle Public Schools, Boston Public Schools, and others. The company is continuing to invest in Zūm CMX and its software as it works to bring its technology to more school districts across the country.

"I come from an EdTech background, and Zum's mission immediately resonated with me," Klein said. "Reliable student mobility is fundamental to access to education, and Zum has built technology that is dramatically improving the experience for students, families and school districts while making the underlying system more efficient.

"Zum CMX was built from the ground up for one purpose: transforming student mobility," said Ritu Narayan, Founder and CEO of Zum. "We built the entire platform around the unique complexities of getting students to and from school. With every new district we serve, our technology gets smarter, learning from an increasingly large and diverse mobility network.
