CerraCap Impact Venture Capital Appoints Mark Rohrwasser to Lead CXO Council

The CXO Council is an executive advisory group that brings together experienced technology and business leaders to help guide investment decisions, support portfolio companies, and provide insights into emerging technology trends and market opportunities.

With more than 35 years of experience, Mark Rohrwasser has held senior technology leadership positions at Silicon Valley Bank, Equifax, PayPal, Bank of America and General Electric. He has led major technology upgrades, cybersecurity programs, digital transformation projects and global technology operations throughout his career.

The CXO Council will support CerraCap Impact Venture Capital’s Fund III and Fund IV investments by providing experienced industry insights during due diligence and helping identify key technology trends, cybersecurity needs, and changing enterprise spending priorities.

In addition to evaluating investments, the Council will help portfolio companies grow by offering operational expertise, strategic guidance, and access to business networks. Members will work with company leadership teams to improve technology strategies, assess market readiness, strengthen product-market fit, and accelerate business growth.
