Why the Funding Matters

Who founded Dapta?
Dapta was founded in 2023 by Nicolás Rojas Niño.
The company is headquartered in Miami, Florida, and develops AI sales and customer service tools for small, and medium-sized businesses.
“Every SMB will have AI agents in the same way as they have physical addresses, phone numbers, websites and social media channels,” said Dapta’s Rojas. “Dapta is already used by more than 200K users, growing by upwards of 4K new users every week, the vast majority acquired through our own social channels.
"SMBs are under enormous pressure to respond to leads instantly, and most simply don't have the staff to do it," said Samara Hernandez, founding partner of Chingona Ventures. "Large companies are spending billions on AI and adopting it at roughly twice the rate of the smallest businesses. SMBs can't match those budgets, but with Dapta they don't have to.
Market and Business Growth
Dapta says its AI agents are used by more than 200,000 businesses across the United States and Latin America. The company has gained traction among Spanish-speaking small business owners in the US.
Dapta has also built a social media following of more than 400,000 through content focused on AI tools for small businesses.
What Happens Next?
Dapta plans to expand its presence in the United States and Latin America while continuing to develop its AI sales technology. The company will also focus on customer acquisition and team growth.
