Denis A. Bovin Joins Academy Securities’ Advisory Board

Denis Bovin is Chairman and CEO of Palimere Group and also serves as Chairman of the Advisory Board for MIT Lincoln Laboratory. He has spent decades working in finance and national security, advising senior leaders and boards at both companies and government agencies in the U.S. and internationally.

Earlier in his career, he held senior roles including Senior Advisor at Evercore Partners, Co-Chairman and Co-CEO of Stone Key Partners, and Chairman of the Global Technology, Media, and Telecom Group at Bear Stearns.

He began his career at Salomon Brothers, where he eventually led the Investment Banking Corporate Coverage and Capital Markets divisions.

Mr. Bovin holds a Bachelor of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School. The President appointed him to the President’s Intelligence Advisory Board and has also served on the Defense Science Board and Defense Business Board. He is a recipient of the Department of Defense Medal for Distinguished Public Service and the 2018 Ellis Island Medal of Honor.
