Docusign and Harvey Partner to Improve Legal and Contract AI

May 9, 2026 | By Startuprise io

Docusign, a company focused on Intelligent Agreement Management, and Harvey, an AI platform for legal and professional services have announced a new partnership. The partnership combines Harvey’s legal AI tools with Docusign’s contract AI platform to help legal teams manage contracts more efficiently throughout the entire agreement process.

Together, Harvey and Docusign will offer a connected solution for legal and contract management. Harvey will handle legal research, contract reviews, and AI powered drafting, while Docusign’s IAM platform will connect these tasks with agreement workflows used by teams such as sales, procurement, HR and finance.

This partnership highlights both Docusign and Harvey’s commitment to improving how legal teams handle large and complex contract processes.

Legal teams using Harvey can search and analyze agreements stored in Docusign, compare them with relevant laws, and get accurate answers without manually reviewing documents. If contract changes are needed, teams can also start Docusign workflows directly from Harvey to create, route, and approve updates more easily.

While working in Docusign legal professionals can also use Harvey Knowledge through the new Docusign Iris assistant. This helps teams review agreements, create risk summaries and manage approvals within one connected workflow.

"Legal teams shouldn't have to choose between speed and control when it comes to agreements," said Winston Weinberg, CEO of Harvey. "Together, Harvey and Docusign are helping connect legal reasoning with agreement workflows. By connecting the two platforms, we give teams a seamless way to move from AI powered drafting and analysis to execution, negotiation and management. That means faster deal cycles without sacrificing the governance and control teams rely on. We're proud to partner with Docusign and excited about the impact this integration will have for our customers."
