Dr. Sunho Kang joins TeraWatt Technology as Head of Product

Sunho Kang is a globally recognized battery technology executive with more than 25 years of experience across the United States, Asia, and Europe. He has a strong track record of turning battery innovations into large-scale commercial production, including work from lab research through gigafactory manufacturing.

He has held senior roles at leading global companies such as Samsung SDI, Apple and Volkswagen Group. He brings deep expertise in lithium-ion battery materials, cell engineering, and product industrialization for applications including electric vehicles, and energy storage systems.

At TeraWatt Technology, Sunho Kang will lead global product development and help drive the commercialization of the company’s battery technology platform. He will also focus on accelerating product delivery and advancing the roadmap for manufacturing scale up, and market expansion.
