Frank C. Oh Joins Academy Securities as Managing Director

Frank C. Oh brings more than 30 years of experience in municipal finance and capital markets. Over his career, he has led more than $60 billion in financing transactions for municipalities, infrastructure projects, and transportation initiatives, building strong relationships with major issuers across New York, the Northeast, California, and other regions of the United States.

He has also held senior leadership roles at UBS, Goldman Sachs and Loop Capital, where he focused on developing high performing banking teams. At Academy Securities, Oh will lead efforts to create innovative financing and securitization solutions that support public infrastructure and community development projects.

Frank C. Oh holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an MBA in Finance from New York University Stern School of Business.
