Hilco Global Adds Sonal Trivedi as Managing Director

Based at Hilco Global’s headquarters in Northbrook, Sonal Trivedi brings more than 20 years of experience helping Fortune 100 companies, global organizations, and fast-growing businesses manage major transformation projects involving operations, culture, governance, and strategy.

Her appointment reflects Hilco Global’s continued investment in expanding its advisory services to meet growing demand for operational improvement and value creation solutions.

Throughout her career, Sonal Trivedi has led large transformation projects for healthcare, energy, manufacturing, technology, and telecommunications companies operating in more than 100 countries. Her experience includes organizational transformation, merger integration, operational planning, executive alignment, and change management programs focused on improving business performance and long-term growth.

Before joining Hilco Global, she founded The COMO Group, where she advised boards and leadership teams on business transformation and growth strategies. Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions at Flowserve Corporation, Katalyst Technologies, and Alcatel-Lucent, now part of Nokia, leading global transformation and operational improvement programs.

Sonal Trivedi’s appointment supports the continued growth of Hilco Global’s Performance Improvement practice, which helps companies, investors, and stakeholders solve operational challenges, improve business performance, support strategic deals, and create value in complex business environments.

Sonal Trivedi earned a Global Executive MBA from WU Executive Academy and University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management, along with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University. She is also a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and has been recognized for her leadership and transformation work, including being featured in Forbes DACHS.
