Investment Management Astara Capital Partners Acquires Dynatec Systems

Astara Capital Partners has acquired Dynatec Systems, a provider of industrial wastewater treatment systems and related services. Dynatec designs, builds, operates, and services systems that treat wastewater for discharge and water reuse.

Dynatec serves major customers across industries including food and beverage, automotive, data centers, waste management, and manufacturing. The acquisition was made by Astara, a middle-market private equity firm.

Astara will invest in Dynatec’s team and expand its wastewater treatment and aftermarket services. It also plans to add new technologies and enter markets where demand for industrial water treatment is growing.

The investment is supported by growing water shortages, the return of manufacturing to North America, and stricter regulations on industrial wastewater.
