ITT Announces Appointment of Bertrand Loy and Kevin Wheeler to Board of Directors

The appointments will take effect on August 1, 2026. From the same date, Mr. Loy will join the Audit Committee, while Mr. Wheeler will serve on the Nominating and Governance Committee.

Mr. Loy is the Executive Chairman and former Chief Executive Officer of Entegris, Inc., a global supplier of advanced materials and process solutions for the semiconductor industry. He served as CEO from 2012 to 2025 and became Executive Chairman in 2025. During his time at Entegris, he also held senior leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing.

He also serves as an independent director of Ashland Inc., where he is a member of the Audit and Governance Committees. Mr. Loy brings extensive global leadership experience, along with expertise in innovation and financial management. He holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School in France.

Mr. Wheeler is the Executive Chairman and former Chief Executive Officer of A. O. Smith Corporation, a global water technology company serving customers in more than 60 countries. He served as CEO from 2018 to 2025 and became Executive Chairman in 2025. During his more than 30 years with the company, he held leadership roles in sales, marketing, international business development, operations, manufacturing, and engineering.

He also serves as an independent director of Graco Inc., where he is a member of the Management Organization and Compensation Committee and the Governance Committee. Mr. Wheeler holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Nevada and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
