Moussie Haile Co-founded Apex Infusion Announces Partnership with SkyKnight Capital

Apex Infusion has signed a definitive agreement to partner with private equity firm SkyKnight Capital to support the company's next phase of growth.

Apex's management team will continue to lead the business, and keep a significant ownership stake. FFL Partners will also remain a minority investor. The deal is expected to close after receiving the required regulatory approvals.

Apex was built to provide high-quality infusion care, improve patient access, and reduce healthcare costs. Today, the company serves patients through a large network of home infusion nurses and around 40 ambulatory infusion centres.

With support from SkyKnight Capital, Apex plans to explore expansion into new markets, build partnerships with health systems, and insurance providers and invest in technology to improve patient access and care.
