Logistics-technology Bringg Appoints Jeff Eissinger as Senior Vice President

Eissinger will lead Bringg’s sales and customer success teams in the company’s largest market. He will also oversee commercial strategy and work closely with senior customer leaders.

In his new role, Eissinger will help drive Bringg’s sales in North America and strengthen relationships with large retailers and logistics providers.

He will also lead the region’s customer success team, with a focus on improving last-mile delivery performance. His appointment follows Bringg’s recent expansion of its EMEA leadership and Conway’s appointment earlier this year.

Eissinger brings more than 20 years of experience in operations, supply chain, technology, and customer experience. Before joining Bringg, he was Vice President of Supply Chain and Procurement Operations at Optimum, where he managed planning, logistics, and procurement across 21 states.

He also spent 17 years at Comcast, holding leadership roles in customer experience, supply chain, and enterprise strategy. Later, he led go-to-market operations and strategy at Xumo. He began his career in banking and credit cards at Bank of America/MBNA.

North American retailers are making harder delivery decisions than ever, and the ones we want to work with don't want a pitch, they want someone who has carried their problem," said Chris Conway, Chief Commercial Officer at Bringg.

"The last mile is one of the most difficult operations to update, with the most critical impact if a business gets it wrong. I know because I lived it,” said Eissinger. "I took this role because Bringg focuses where I focused—on operator constraints and desired outcomes—and centers on performance, not software features."
