LumApps to Buy Comeen to Grow Workplace Experience Platform
Apr 21, 2026 | By Startuprise io

LumApps, a connected AI employee hub, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Comeen, a company focused on space management, digital signage, and visitor services. The deal supports LumApps’ goal of building a single AI powered platform that brings together communication, knowledge, workflows and, now, physical workplace services into a unified experience.
The deal builds on a long-standing partnership and reflects a strategy of using ecosystem collaboration to improve the platform. By connecting digital tools with physical workplace services, LumApps is bringing workplace management into everyday work. This will help organizations improve space usage, increase efficiency and enhance employee experience.
According to LumApps’ Future of Work Index, nearly 70% of senior leaders see employee engagement as increasingly important. However, workplace tools are still spread across many different systems. LumApps solves this by bringing employee experience and workplace services together in one platform, using AI to connect and automate work across both digital and physical environments.
The combined platform brings together workplace tools in one system, including smart desk and meeting room booking with real-time availability, and an AI assistant that helps with bookings, reminders, and workplace support. It also provides space usage analytics, digital signage, and wayfinding tools to improve communication and navigation. In addition, it supports visitor pre-registration and secure access, as well as integrated building services such as dining, gym bookings, lockers, and other on-site services.
