The company plans to repay its current debt, accelerate sales growth, and enhance the expansion of its SaaS and payment solutions with the money.

Over 21,000 major restaurant and retail locations worldwide are served by Mad Mobile, which is developing digital and mobile experiences under the direction of CEO Bruce Bennett. providing a full range of contemporary point-of-sale services, such as contactless payment, self-checkout, clienteling, mobile fulfilment, and mobile POS. Each year, Mad Mobile handles about $3 billion in payments.
