Cornelis Networks, a Wayne, PA-based provider of networking solutions for AI and HPC workloads, has raised $205M in a funding round; backers included IAG Capital Partners.

The company plans to use the funding to scale production, deepen customer partnerships and accelerate the go-to-market rollout of new products, including its CN6000 platform.
