Moberg Analytics is pleased to announce the successful close of $600,000 in initial seed funding. The round was led by Ben Franklin Technology Partners, Pennsylvania’s leading technology-based economic development organization, with a $250,000 investment, matched by a combination of private and institutional investors. The round will remain open through mid-2026.
This funding launches the commercialization phase for the Moberg Clinical Platform (MCP) — an advanced brain monitoring and informatics software platform for the ICU. The investment will accelerate regulatory clearances and deployment at pilot hospital sites.
MCP has been supported by more than $8 million in prior federal funding, and this seed round positions the company to advance its go-to-market strategy with reduced dependence on future government grants.
