REMAX Appoints Alex Vidal as its new President

Before joining REMAX, Vidal served as President of ERA Real Estate, where he became the first Hispanic president of a major national real estate brand.

Vidal started his real estate career at the age of 19 as a secretary to the president of Keyes Real Estate. Over the years, he has held several roles, including Recruiting Director, Sales Manager, Sales Coach, and Sales Executive, at companies such as Coldwell Banker Realty, ERA Real Estate, Prudential Real Estate, and Keyes.

As President of REMAX, Vidal will lead the brand and work with its global network of affiliates. He will focus on driving growth, developing services for brokers and agents, and shaping the company’s long-term strategy. He will report to Tamir Poleg, Chairman and CEO of Real RE/MAX Group.

Vidal’s appointment comes after the August 24 completion of the transaction that created Real RE/MAX Group. He joins the company’s leadership team, which also includes Jenna Rozenblat as President and Amy Somerville as Chief Operating Officer.
