Nakamoto Appoints CIO Tyler Evans to Board of Directors

Nakamoto Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has expanded from six to seven members and appointed Tyler Evans, the companys Chief Investment Officer, as a Class II Director. The appointment became effective on May 22, 2026.

With his appointment to the Board, Tyler Evans expands his leadership role at Nakamoto Inc. while continuing to serve as Chief Investment Officer, where he oversees the companys investment and deal origination strategy.

Tyler Evans brings strong experience in Bitcoin-focused capital markets and asset management to the Board. Along with his role at Nakamoto Inc., he also serves as Chief Investment Officer of UTXO Management, where he leads investment strategies across public and private Bitcoin market opportunities. He also serves on the boards of Metaplanet Inc., The Smarter Web Company Plc, and Matador Inc.
