PKF O’Connor Davies Appoints Thomas Lemon as partner in its Commercial Tax practice

Based in the firm's Newtown Square office, Lemon has nearly 20 years of public accounting experience. He specializes in tax consulting for private equity firms, partnerships, corporations, and high-net-worth individuals, with expertise in partnership taxation, mergers and acquisitions, ASC 740, tax risk management, and business development.

Earlier in his career, Thomas Lemon held leadership roles at a private equity firm and a national accounting firm, where he advised clients on partnership tax and complex business transactions. He also led a Partnership Capital Account Maintenance practice in the Northeast, helping clients manage partnership tax issues and develop effective tax solutions.

Lemon earned a bachelor's degree in accounting, graduating summa cum laude from Cabrini College. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Pennsylvania and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
