Supabase Raises $500M in Series F Funding, at $10.5 Billion Valuation

The round also saw participation from Accel, Y Combinator, Craft, Felicis, Peak XV, and Coatue. The company is valued at $10.5 billion.

The company plans to use the funding to expand its operations and accelerate the development of its products and technology.

Today, Supabase announced a preview of Multigres, an open-source scaling solution for Postgres databases. As applications grow, teams often need to move away from a single Postgres database and switch to a different system.

Multigres is designed to solve that problem by adding horizontal scaling, database sharding, high availability, and zero-downtime migrations while allowing teams to continue using Postgres and its existing tools and ecosystem.

Supabase serves more than 250,000 customers, with a growing number of enterprises using the platform as the backend infrastructure for AI-powered applications. The platform integrates with modern AI tools, enabling AI agents to create thousands of customer databases every day. Supabase for Platforms, which many leading AI application builders use, has grown its customer base by 370% over the past six months.

"Demand for Supabase is exploding. Our user base has more than doubled since the Series E, and we've seen a 600% increase in databases year-over-year.
